- You can burst upwards for a minimum period of 1 month
- You can burst upwards by a minimum of 10% of your current agent seat count
- You can burst with omnichannel and video capabilities ** additional charges may apply if you do not currently have any omni channel agents
- Depending on the number of agents and duration of your burst – there may be additional telephony & software provisioning setup costs
- Your additional call charges will be charged in the same way and rate as your current plan
